  • Morning: Reach Agra by 8:00 AM, visit Taj Mahal at sunrise.
  • Mid-Morning: After Taj Mahal, visit Agra Fort (around 1 hour).
  • Afternoon: Lunch break, then visit Sikandra Fort, Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb, and Mehtab Bagh.

Take a sneak peek into the architectural history and legacy of the Mughal empire with two other UNESCO World Heritage Sites Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. This place is popularly known for its glorious history, architecture, and romance which makes it a pleasant paradise.

Taj Mahal
One of the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal is located on the banks of River Yamuna. The monument was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial site for his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the most beautiful monuments in the world.

Agra Fort
Also known as Lal Qila or Red Fort, the popular Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located at a distance of 2.5 km northwest of the famous Taj Mahal. It is the massive fort of red sandstone amidst the banks of the Yamuna River.

Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah
The tomb is nestled on the banks of the Yamuna River and was built by Queen Noor Jahan for her parents in the middle of the Persian Garden. The tomb was constructed using yellow marble with black and white marble inlay.

Mehtab Bagh
Perfectly aligned with the gardens of the Taj Mahal, Mehtab Bagh provides a picture-perfect view of the Taj from the fountain at the front of the entrance gate. It is a popular sunset spot popular among photography fanatics and nature enthusiasts.

Fatehpur Sikri
A popular abandoned town in the Agra district, Fatehpur Sikri is a famous tourist place to visit on the way to Jaipur from Agra. It was predominantly made of red sandstone which was founded back in 1571 by Mughal Emperor Akbar. The abandoned city is home to many beautiful places like Jodha Bai’s Palace, Jama Masjid, Buland Darwaza, and Tomb of Salim Chishti.Once you are done with sightseeing in Agra, get transferred to Jaipur for a final departure. Soon after you reach Jaipur the tour will conclude here.
