Hawa Mahal

The majestic palace of winds or Hawa Mahal stands at the intersection of the main road in Jaipur’s Badi Chaupad. It is regarded as the signature landmark of Jaipur. The palace was constructed for royal ladies of the early era to observe city life without being seen from outside. Its opulent structure has 953 small windows called jharokhas which are intricately decorated and carved out beautifully.

Jal Mahal

Embellished with delicate carvings and stonework, the fort is an impregnable structure and together with its two neighboring forts – Amber Fort and Jaigarh Fort once stood as the strong defense of the city.
