Day 1: Arrive in Leh
As you arrive at Leh Airport in the morning, meet our tour representative and get escorted to the pre-booked hotel for checking in. At your pre-booked hotel, relax and adjust. This is essential to get accustomed to such a high elevation. By the evening, you can take a leisure stroll through the hued markets of Leh. There are many things to buy in Ladakh, such as Tibetan Handicraft & Wares, Silver & Stone Jewelry, Pashmina Shawls & Woolens, Rugs & Kashmir Carpets, and Apricots Jam, Oil. After buying these and many other traditional artefacts, you will be dropped back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Leh – Shey – Thiksey – Hemis – Leh
The second day morning will be quite rejuvenating as you enjoy a hearty breakfast. Afterward, relish sightseeing tour to visit some primeval monasteries on the 2nd day. The places you will be exploring on this tour are –Shey Gompa is located 15 kms which was used to be summer palace of the emperors of Leh Ladakh. Around the palace, you will find scores of Gompas and Stupas. A huge monastery was founded in the 16th century AD by Lhachen Palgyigon, the first king of Ladakh as the residence of the royal family.Thiksey Gompa is positioned at a distance of 17 kms from Leh and is near to Shey. The monastery is counted among the most beautiful monasteries of Ladakh. The largest gompa in central Ladakh and a must-see place near Leh. It belongs to the Gelug or Yelloe Hat sect of Tibetan Buddhist.Hemis Monastery is located 45 kms from Leh which is one of the largest and the most popular monasteries of Ladakh. Hemis is well known for its annual 2-day religious event, Hemis Festival that draws everyone from across the world.Post sightseeing, drive back to the hotel in Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Leh – Khardung La – Nubra Valley
The 3rd morning of this tour will commence with a wholesome breakfast, after which you will take a drive to Nubra Valley. Drive past the world’s highest motorable pass Khardung La. A plethora of prayer flags festoons a contiguous chaos of rocks and there’s enduring glacial ice on the pass’s north face. Take a visit to the striking valley well-known for the primeval Caravan route to Central Asia and to places like Yarkand and Kashgar. The path was also known as the treaty rocks.Next, you will be visiting Nubra Valley “The Valley of Flowers”. Famously known for its orchard, scenic vistas, Bactrian camels, and monasteries, Nubra Valley is the northernmost part of Jammu Kashmir. It is especially known as the Orchard of Ladakh and was originally called Ldumra which meant the valley of flowers. Carry out the exclusive double-hump Bacterium camel ride along in the sand dunes. After a well-spent day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Nubra Valley – Leh via Sumoor Gompa
In the morning, after breakfast drive to Leh via Sumoor Gompa & Diskit Village. Upon arrival at Leh, check in to the hotel for freshening up. By the evening, embark on a visit to the colorful market of Leh. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight in Leh.

Day 5: Leh Monastery Tour
The 5th day is planned for visiting many famous places in Leh, after breakfast. Post that visit Spituk Gompa, Kali Mata, Magnetic Hill, Confluence of Zanskar, Pather Sahib, Indus River, and Hall of Fame. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for a comfortable night stay.

Day 6: Excursion to Pangong
The 6th day morning after breakfast, take a drive to Pangong Lake through Changla Pass. While climbing up to Changla pass, enjoy the sightseeing tour of panoramic views of the villages below the pass. After crossing the pass, halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak, which is summer grazing land of the yaks.Reach Durbuk from where a short drive while you take a turn to the western shore of the Lake. Enjoy the panoramic views on the backdrop of the lake. The famous blue brackish Pangong Lake is stretched over 144 kms long with half of it running the other side of the “Indo Chiana Border”. One can hardly ever fells so close to background and nature as the scenery stands truly remarkable. In the evening, drive back to Leh for an overnight sleep.

Day 7: Leh to Delhi & Departure
After morning breakfast, get escorted to Leh Airport and from here you can take a flight for Delhi International Airport. From there, you can head to hometown. The Ladakh Photography Tour Package will conclude on a memorable note.
