Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tour. Any cancellations made after this period may not qualify for a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Certain services, including non-refundable deposits, last-minute bookings, or customised tour packages, may not be eligible for a refund.
